should I contact you?
Custom Orders: orders@studiozmurals.com When will my order arrive? Portraits will take 3-4 weeks to ship from the time we receive acceptable reference photos. A shipping estimate will be sent for all mural orders within 3 business days of placing the order. All other products typically ship within 1 week of receipt the order. We ship by UPS, USPS, or common carrier for larger items. How do I return a product? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30-days of purchase. Please email our returns department at returns@studiozmurals.com for return information. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. How soon will you respond to my email? Your questions are important to us and we will respond as soon
as we can. Emails are answered between the hours of 8:00 AM and
5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. |
